Every year since the first Woman's Club House Tour in 1966, the Club has helped others by donating funds raised to charities selected by its membership. After a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the ever-popular Woman’s Club House Tour is back!

Come House Tour on Sunday, May 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.!

Six incredible homes will be open to Lake Barcroft residents and their guests – family, neighbors, and friends -- for viewing. For the safety and security of the House Tour homeowners, the six homes are not listed here but are included in House Tour announcements on LakeLink and the Facebook Lake Barcroft Group, and on the House Tour tickets.

Your ticket purchases and donations will go to support the following local charities 

• Ninety percent (90%) of the raised funds will be distributed evenly among the top three selected charities: Culmore Clinic, New Hope Housing, and Second Story.
• The remaining ten percent (10%) will be distributed equally among the next three placed charities: Save the Swift Island Trees, The Campagna Center, and The Lamb Center.

We ask YOU – Club members, Lake Barcroft residents and friends – to please, open your hearts and wallets to give below in any or all the following ways:

• Buy House tour tickets -- $20 each in advance through May 6 or $25 at the door – adults only
• Buy raffle tickets for a chance to win $1,000 starting at 6 tickets for $25 
• Make a monetary donation, any amount helps.

Advance House Tour and raffle tickets purchased from May 1 through May 6 can be picked up NO EARLIER than 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 7 at the Martinson house. They will NOT be delivered to you and cannot be picked up early. Please note that all ticket purchases are final.

⁠At-the-door House Tour and raffle tickets can be purchased by check or in cash at the houses on the tour on Sunday, May 7 starting at 11 a.m.  All ticket purchases are final.

The raffle drawing will be held at the LBWC Spring Membership Meeting in May. Raffle ticket holders need not be present to win.

1. Complete the form below by entering the quantity for each item you are purchasing. If you desire to donate an amount not listed, enter the amount next to “Custom Donation Amount.” The total will be shown at Checkout.
2. Click CONTINUE and the Checkout page appears.
3. Enter your contact, delivery, and credit card information and click COMPLETE to submit your contribution to the Lake Barcroft Woman’s Club.
4. A receipt will be emailed automatically to you from lbwc@n.member.buzz. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for the email. Keep the receipt for your records.

TO BUY ADVANCE TICKETS AND DONATE BY CASH OR A CHECK PAYABLE TO “LBWC”:

Print and complete this form which must accompany your payment. Give both to the LBWC Treasurer by noon on May 6, 2023 who will enter your purchase into the website system and send you an email confirmation of your purchase.
