How do I log into the website?

NOTE TO ALL MEMBERS: Regardless of whether your membership is current or expired, please click LOGIN and NOT "Register to Join". Doing so will create a duplicate member record for you in the system which is difficult, if not impossible, to fix. If your membership has expired, watch this video on how to renew by credit card.

  1. Click "Login" (NOT "Register to Join" which is for first-time new members only) on a desktop, laptop or notebook computer or tablet using an Internet browser, e.g., Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc. You can log in using your smartphone but the website is not as friendly nor easy to use on the small screen.
  2. Enter your username which typically is your first and last names without spaces or your email address. Check for typos in your username or email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click "Login." Your name appears in the top right-hand corner when you have logged in successfully.

The website is not accepting my password! How can I reset it?

First check closely that your email address nor password does not contain a typo. Then, carefully enter your email address and password again to see if your name appears at the top. If your name appears then, you have logged into the website successfully. If not, follow the instructions below to reset your password.

  1. Click "Login" for the Login screen to appear.
  2. Click Password Reset.
  3. Re-enter your email address and click "Submit."
  4. An email message with reset instructions will be sent to you. It takes a minute or so for that message to arrive in your email Inbox. If it does not appear in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from lbwc@n.member.buzz.
  5. Follow the instructions in the emailed message to reset your password.

If you found the "lbwc@n.member.buzz" email in your Spam/Junk folder, please follow the instructions below for How can I prevent the website's emails from landing in Spam/Junk folder?

Why is the website not accepting my email address?

If the website is not accepting your email address:

  1. Check that your email address has been entered correctly.
  2. Retype your email address to make there are no blank spaces that are not visible before or after your email address.
  3. Try another email address that may have been used to set up your member account and Profile.
  4. Contact LBWC Website User Support to check the online Member Directory for the email address or username that is shown in your member Profile.

Do NOT click "Register to Join" because that will create a duplicate member account and Profile for you which will be difficult, if not impossible, to fix.

The website says that my email address is taken. How do I log in?

If your email address has been taken, you already have an account/record in the website system and you are probably on the "Registration" screen rather than the Login screen.

  1. Click "... login to re-join or renew using an existing Member.buzz Account on the "Registration" screen OR click "Lake Barcroft Woman's Club" to return to the Homepage then click "Login".
  2. Enter your email address or username.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click "Login".
  5. Your name appears in the upper right-hand corner when you have logged in successfully.

NOTE: Do NOT create a New Account nor complete the online membership form on the "Registration" screen which is for first-time members only. Completing the online membership form will create a duplicate account/record for you which will be difficult, if not impossible, to fix.
