How do I renew my membership by credit card?

Starting on May 1, follow these steps to renew your membership by credit card and update your contact information and Special Interest Group selections.

  1. Click Login (NOT "Register to Join" which would create a duplicate member record for you) and enter your username or email address and password. Your name appears in the top right-hand corner when you have logged in successfully.
  2. Click on your name. A dropdown menu appears.
  3. Click "Dashboard" which takes you to behind-the-scene of the website to your membership information.
  4. On the left-hand sidebar, click "Account" then,
    1. Click "Auto Renew" to BLUE to have your dues automatically charged to your credit card in the future OR leave it RED to renew manually every year.
      1. NOTE: For those who enable 'Auto Renew', you will receive a reminder email a few weeks before your dues payment is charged to your credit card.
    2. Click the "Extend" button to the right of the End Date of your Current Membership. A "Checkout" screen appears.
  5. Enter your credit card information under "Cards": click "+ Add" to enter a valid credit card or click the pencil icon to update your credit card for your payment. NOTE: Debit cards are not accepted.
  6. Update your contact information and Special Interest Group selections which will appear in the online Member Directory under Members Only and in the printed version of the LBWC Directory.
  7. Click COMPLETE to save your updates and to pay your membership dues. You will receive an email receipt confirmation. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if it does not appear in your Inbox.

How do I lookup a member in the online directory?

  1. Click Login (NOT "Register to Join") and enter your username or email address and password. Your name appears in the top right-hand corner when you have logged in successfully.
  2. Click "Members Only" and go to the "Directory" section.
  3. Click "Member Directory Lookup" and the online "Lake Barcroft Member Directory" appears. In general,
    1. Each box at the top represents a field such as Last Name, First Name or Nickname, Section Name, etc. that when clicked sorts the Members list by that field in ascending or descending order.
    2. When you hover over a box, a funnel icon appears to select a subset of members. Click on the funnel icon and a list of values appears that you can click on to see those members with that value in their Profile.
    3. Click the far-right arrow for a particular member to see her directory detail.
  4. To lookup a particular member by last name:
    1. Click the Last Name box to sort the list alphabetically from A to Z and scroll down to find a particular member OR 
      1. Click the funnel icon on the Last Name box and a list of last names appears.
      2. Type all or part of the member's last name in the Search box and a list of only those members that match that last name appears.
    2. Click on the member's information to see her directory detail.
    3. Click the Last Name funnel icon again and select "All" to have the list show the entire membership.

How do I obtain a list of Special Interest Group members?

  1. Click Login (NOT "Register to Join") and then, enter your username or email address and password. Your name appears in the top right-hand corner when you have logged in successfully.
  2. Click "Members Only" and go to the Directory section.
  3. Click "Member Directory Lookup" and a directory of "Members" appears. 
  4. To obtain a list of members for a particular Special Interest Group (SIG):
    1. Hover over the Special Interest Group box to see and click the funnel icon for a list of SIGs from which to choose.
    2. Click the SIG name that you seek and a list of only those members appears on the screen.
      1. To sort this list by Last Name, click the Last Name box.
      2. To view all the SIG members on one screen/page, scroll to the bottom right-hand corner and click "20" for a dropdown menu to click "All".
      3. A SIG leader can cut and paste each member's name and contact information into an email contacts list or skip to Step 5 to print the list.
      4. Click on the member information to see her directory detail.
  5. To print the list of Special Interest Group members:
    1. After completing Steps 4A and 4B, right-click your mouse for a drop-down menu. Note: All the members of the SIG must be listed on one screen/page in order for the entire list to be printed. See Step 4B)b).
    2. Click "Print" and the Print Menu appears.
      1. To save the list as a PDF document, select "Save as PDF" for "Destination". Make any other Settings changes then, click "Save". On the next screen, select a location where you'd like your document to be saved and enter a document title then, click "Save". You can then use Acrobat Reader to open, view and print the document.
      2. To print the list onto paper, select your default printer for "Destination". Make any other Settings changes then, click "Print".
  6. To obtain a list for another Special Interest Group, click "Clear" at the bottom right of the screen or click the Special Interest Group funnel icon again and select "All" to have the screen show the entire membership from which to select for another SIG. Repeat Steps 4 and 5.

How do I join as a first-time member?

NOTE: If have been a member but your membership has expired, "Login" (Do NOT Register to Join) and follow the instructions at "How do I renew my membership by credit card?" above. Your Account and Profile information are still in the website system. 

To join for the very first time, click "Register to Join" to fill out the online membership form and pay the annual membership dues by credit card. Click "Register" to create your account on the Woman's Club website and to join the Woman's Club. Your information is now saved in your member account forever regardless of whether your membership has expired or not.

  1. After registering, always click "Login" and enter your email address or username and password to access the Members Only content, to update your membership information and to renew your membership.
  2. Write down your login credentials: email address, username and password.
  3. NEVER click "Register to Join" again; doing so will create a duplicate member account/record for you which cannot be deleted from the website system.
